Over the next four years, Holness plans to provide leadership in Lauderhill to accomplish the following:

Reduce unemployment

Increase literacy

Expand business growth and development

Reduce crime

Create a business development council

Expand the enterprise zone and create a free trade zone

Continue to improve the appearance of Lauderhill

Provide resources and a resource guide to seniors.

Expand sister cities International Program to include Italy, France, The Dominican Republic and Israel

Work with Workforce One businesses, schools and colleges to provide expanded job training

Work with community-based organizations, cities, School Board and all concerned citizens to expand educational opportunities

Expand KAPOW “Kids and the Power of Work” Program

Push for Broward College and Broward County Vocational schools to place a center in Lauderhill

Work to offer mentorship, GED and FCAT preparation through our churches

Increase home ownership rate by 2%

Expand use of Harmony Development Program

Expand use of Grant Writers to identify grants and create partnerships

Work with the community to enhance the quality of life for all residents

Lead the way to make Lauderhill a Cultural Arts Destination
